Presenting a retrieval-augmented chatbot for Summit

Phi Partners attended and presented at the European Summit User Group this week. Great to see so many familiar faces, to hear directly from clients on their current challenges and successes, and from Teciem on the Summit roadmap. 

Phi’s Dirk Apel presented a retrieval-augmented chatbot built over the Summit documentation set, designed to run against hosted models or fully on-premises via Ollama. We are working with clients across the full range of enterprise AI maturity in vendor platforms like Summit, quant, engineering and cloud, and Dirk made a practical point: genuinely useful AI applications are achievable today, even for organisations working under tight constraints on hosted AI or without a dedicated AI delivery function. 

Dirk also touched on Phi’s wider AI R&D for Summit, including STP exception handling and test automation. If you would like to hear more, please get in touch – we would welcome the conversation.   

We hosted an after-conference mixer for around 80 participants. The skies cleared, giving us city views from the rooftop of the central London venue.
