Phi’s move to Salisbury Square – Hatfield

News

A space where talent can thrive

Phi Partners will soon be moving to Salisbury Square, Old Hatfield; a new, high-quality development that reflects where the business is heading and gives our teams the space to do their best work.

Last week we joined the team behind this stunning new development for the official opening of the building:

For Phi, the location is the perfect choice. Old Hatfield combines easy rail access into London with a working environment that a conventional city-centre office cannot offer. With two-thirds of UK tech firms already operating outside central London, Phi is in good company – and for a consultancy that selects office locations on the quality of the talent they attract, it is the right fit.

The new premises have been designed to suit the way Phi works, space for focused individual work, for team collaboration, and for meeting the clients and partners we work alongside every day. For anyone joining the sales, research and operations teams, that means a professional, well-equipped base; and a business that is accelerating, but in a considered way.

“This move is about momentum. We are putting our people in an environment that breathes collaboration and growth. Salisbury Square isn’t just an office; it’s a place with long-term intent. We’re ready to plug into this community, build local partnerships, and scale our global reach from the heart of Old Hatfield.”
Des Stockdale, CEO – Phi.
