We’re pleased to welcome Darren Baldwin to Phi Partners as Senior Solution Architect. Darren brings thirty years of experience turning capital markets requirements into working technology, from front-office trading platforms to pricing and risk systems. He expertly designs client solutions with a combination of sound technical judgement and hands-on experience.

Darren’s work at Luxoft, and LCH.Clearnet included designing and delivering trading, clearing and risk solutions for major financial institutions. Prior to that, he was part of the team that launched Tradeweb’s European trading platform and later became Director of Technology Europe, leading teams responsible for both development and live service.

Darren’s experience gives him a practical understanding of how architecture decisions affect the people building, running and using a system. He is passionate about technology but always strives to keep the solution as simple as it can be to reduce unnecessary complexity.
