Team Building 2022

Phi invited the teams from the Bucharest and Casablanca nearshore delivery hubs for weekend retreats filled with fun activities allowing them to celebrate the success they’ve had in 2022, reconnect with each other and meet the new graduates who joined the company in September.

The Bucharest team spent the days enjoying team building activities on the beach and the views from the hotel situated on the Black Sea coast as well as getting to party the evening away.

The Casablanca team were whisked off to spend a relaxing weekend painting next to the beautiful pool at Kasbah Agafay, taking in the beautiful sights of Marrakech as well as enjoying the evenings filled with live music and dancing.
