Public Cloud Centre of Excellence opens in Sofia

Phi Partners is excited to announce the creation of our Public Cloud Centre of Excellence in Sofia, Bulgaria, led by Ivaylo Vrabchev. This lays the foundation stone for the 2023 expansion of Phi’s Cloud capability – delivering high quality and cost-effective Public Cloud services and solutions to our customers.

Our choice of Sofia as our third nearshore centre is informed by the region’s strong educational focus on technology, that has resulted in a highly educated and talented workforce, with a strong focus on innovation. The centre will have a primary focus delivering our Cloud technology services.

We are delighted to announce that Ivaylo Vrabchev has joined us to oversee the new Centre and to lead Phi’s presence in the region.

Ivaylo is a well known and respected Amazon Web Services (AWS) ambassador in Bulgaria and one of the leading AWS experts. He comes with many years of experience in creating and leading high performance technology teams that have delivered some of the most complex Public Cloud solutions world-wide.
