What attracted me most was the clear traction I witnessed in the team and the strategic vision to expand career opportunities for financial services professionals in Hungary. With my background spanning quantitative finance at Morgan Stanley and AI/ML leadership in the startup world, I’m excited to help Phi navigate the evolving landscape where traditional finance meets cutting-edge technology.“Zsolt Pandi, Head of Budapest Centre for Excellence, Phi Before joining Phi, Zsolt held senior leadership roles including COO and CTO at DA Analytics, where he drove forward AI-led, data-driven solutions. He also spent over 16 years at Morgan Stanley Budapest, where he progressed through senior roles across quantitative modelling, market risk, and risk analytics leadership. A blend of expertise and vision makes him ideally placed to lead the drive to establish Budapest as a centre of innovation and expertise, delivering the same world-class services that Phi’s clients have come to expect. “We are delighted to welcome Zsolt as Head of our Budapest centre of excellence.
