Phi Team Hits the Paintball Field 

Last week, a group from Phi’s Sales and Research / Business Services teams, swapped their laptops for paintball markers and headed to Essex for a day of friendly competition and teamwork. The day was full of fast-paced strategy, laughter, and the occasional well-aimed reminder that communication matters… especially under fire! 

At Phi, we believe that strong teams are built on trust and collaboration, not just around meeting tables but out in the real world. Activities like paintball bring our teams closer together, helping us strengthen the same coordination and problem-solving skills that drive success in our client work.
