Phi Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Matthew Hargreaves as Chief Delivery Officer, further strengthening the firm’s leadership as we continues to scale our delivery capability across banking and capital markets.

Matthew brings over 30 years of international leadership experience across the financial services industry, having held senior global CIO and COO roles at leading institutions including Deutsche Bank, Credit Agricole, Daiwa Capital Markets, and Lloyds Banking Group.

Prior to joining Phi, Matthew played a pivotal role at Luxoft, where he led pre-sales and solutions delivery for the financial services business. His leadership helped drive significant technology-led growth, doubling the size of the business over five years. Matthew has also advised banks and capital markets firms on fintech strategy, platform modernisation, and technology-enabled transformation.
