Phi strengthens its people leadership and is excited for what’s ahead

Phi is pleased to announce the appointment of its new Chief People Officer, Sam Cushing, strengthening the firm’s leadership team as it continues to scale globally and invest in its people and culture.

With extensive international experience across Europe, the Americas, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East, Sam brings a broad and deep background spanning technology, fintech, financial services, venture capital, engineering, and healthcare. Having worked across the full spectrum of the HR function he brings a pragmatic and people-centred approach to building high-performing organisations. In his role at Phi, he will partner closely with leaders and teams to ensure the people strategy continues to support the firm’s business ambitions while delivering a positive and engaging employee experience.
