Phi’s Graduate Programme

Phi is delighted to welcome this year’s cohort to our annual Graduate Programme, delivered across our centres of excellence in Bucharest and Casablanca. 

“I Joined Phi as a Quant Analyst. I have a degree in financial engineering, and I have started a PhD on applying AI models in Quant Finance. These make a great combination. So far, I have enjoyed the sessions with the executives in the company: the CEO, COO, CSO and others. They gave me a lot of inspiration, as they talk about their experience, and how they got to be there. Having a session with the CEO of the company is not something you will find everywhere.

This year’s intake spans many of our lines of business, with graduates joining from top-tier universities and holding BSc and MSc qualifications in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Quantitative and Financial Modelling, Economics, and related disciplines. They will be placed across our Quantitative Services, Front Office and Risk Services, Cloud Services, Sophis, and Summit practices.

Now in its fifth year, the programme has delivered excellent results both for our clients and for our graduates. Participants benefit from six weeks of structured training and mentorship before moving on to contribute to live client projects, applying their skills in real-world contexts while continuing to learn and grow.
