With experience as an executive at AWS, and as co-founder and CEO of HeleCloud, Dob has expertise in cloud services and is passionate about tech disruption and innovation.
As worldwide leader of the AWS Migration Acceleration Program, Nic works with the AWS Partner Network to facilitate best practice methodologies for cloud migrations. In 2017, he launched the program in EMEA before taking on the global role in 2022. Prior to AWS, Nic worked at global systems integrators serving clients in the Financial Services market.
Des has two decades’ experience running capital markets IT consultancies which focus on delivering optimal value from both proprietary tech and third-party software. Testiment to his vision and expertise, he has built and sold two such companies in the past. With Phi, Des oversees a company specialising in Summit, Murex, Front Arena and Sophis, serving banks all over the world.
