Life at Phi: Building Community at our Bucharest and Casablanca Offices

At Phi, we believe that great work happens when people feel welcome, connected and supported. That’s why we recently held two special Family Days at our Casablanca and Bucharest Offices, inviting local employees to bring their children in for a day of fun, connection and discovery.  

We believe that informal time with colleagues and their families is important for fostering deeper personal connections, empathy, and understanding. Family days are a part of our commitment to work-life harmony and valuing our employees beyond the office. We know that inviting families into the workplace boosts employee morale and that is something that matters a great deal to us.

We opened our doors to the children of our people for a fun day of activities, gaming and refreshments, so that the children could get an insight into what their parents’ working environment was like. Giving children a glimpse into their parents’ world at work, bridging personal and professional worlds, inspires children to think about the prospect of the future. As one attendee said: “My older daughter liked it very much and says she wants to go to work every day, she maybe thinks that’s what jobs are about!“

We are not just co-workers – we are a community! This is just one of the activities that we run at Phi to help create meaningful connections between our people.
