Currently, Phi is supporting various clients in the Europe and Americas across offices for different upgrades and migration projects.
About the role
To ensure the seamlessness of these project, we are looking for a Summit Technical Support Analyst
who will who is able to provide day-to-day BAU and upgrade support to the users, both from a technical and business perspective on UAT and production environments. Specifically, this will include analysis, design and test of code changes and close cooperation with the Product Owner and with the Developers to help resolve Production issues, as well as add new features for the system, which to address various business requirements or regulatory requirements.
Alongside these tasks will be providing support for the interactions between Summit and other Financial Markets systems (such as MarkitWire, Murex, Bloomberg, Kondor+, etc.), deliver changes and new functionalities, helping at the same time to maintain a robust and reliable application. As a key member of the team, you will be working with a global user base of Risk Managers, Trades and Sales from across the globe, to address any issues.
- Proven experience of successfully handling Summit implementation, migration and upgrade projects
- Good understanding of the Summit data model
- Experience with Summit modules such as Deal capture around IRS’s, CDS and Bonds, Market Data, Risk and State transitions
- Experience in C++, with knowledge of SQL concepts, XML formats and Straight Through Processing
