Phi Partners Professional Services offers clients the ability to supplement their Change the Bank and Run the Bank teams with highly qualified, motivated Summit experts to drive forward key Summit projects and services. Clients can use experts for either short periods of time to support peaks and troughs within their projects, or to work on medium to long-term assignments alongside their own permanent team members for longer term projects and Run The Bank Summit functions and services.

The Phi Partners team of Professional Services employees comprises Summit expertise at various levels from Consultant to Managing Partner across a broad range of roles and functions, including:

  Project and Programme Management

  Business and IT Architecture

  Business and Technical Analysis

  Design and Development

  Testing and Release Management

  1st, 2nd & 3rd Line Support

Consultants can be deployed individually on a Time-and-Material basis at an agreed daily rate dependent on their skill set, level of experience and whether they are on- or off-site.  Alternatively, clients may wish to invest in a block of man-days at a pre-agreed daily rate to be used as and when the client needs the manpower, enabling clients to have flexibility with their costs and Summit resources.
