Dirk is a Partner for Delivery and Project Management in Germany, where his focus is split between managing ongoing projects for German clients and business development.
Dirk has been involved in banking IT since 1996, when he started at Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie in Cologne, Germany. Since then, he has held positions with JP Morgan in London and West LB, overseeing various front office systems. He has led numerous successful Summit projects and recently managed the final three months of a transition project for a ‘Bad Bank’, including go-live and post-go-live activities. His product knowledge spans fixed income, FX, money markets and derivatives.
From 2010 to 2013, Dirk chaired the German Summit user group as well as acting as co-chair for the EMEA Summit user group. This role saw him bring together a large group of Summit clients across the continent to discuss pressing challenges and improve communication with Misys.
Dirk lives near Düsseldorf with his wife, three children, parents-in-law and the family dog.
